The COVID-19 outbreak is continuing to affect our city, and the provincial health authority has stepped up its public health measures. As swimming pools, fitness centres, and other group facilities temporarily close across Vancouver, it’s time for us to follow suit. As of today, there have been 53 confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in British Columbia. The provincial health authority has cancelled all gatherings of 250 or more people, and travel outside of the country is being strongly discouraged.
