Vancouver International Swordplay Symposium

On March 27-29, 2015, Academie Duello will be hosting the Vancouver International Swordplay Symposium (VISS). Billed as “a worldwide gathering of swordplay enthusiasts”, VISS offers three full days of workshops and lectures by swordplay instructors and scholars from around the world, along with a Saturday evening gala. UBC Medieval Studies Presentation

Last week, we were invited to give a presentation on longsword combat and history to a second-year Medieval Studies class at the University of British Columbia.
